Amazing Decore, Attention to detail and an Amazing Breakfast Spread. The staff are also Super Friendly and Very Helpful. My new favorite in Tblisi.

The welcoming and nice atmosphere by the staff there. The room was great with an amazing view to the river and the breakfast was good as well.

That they don’t have a parking lot for the guests.

Room felt a little small

We liked the staff, their hospitality and their genuine effort to make our stay in town enjoyable.The room and hotel in general were very clean, pleasant to stay in, and also to work from (they were kind enough to offer us a working space when needed).

Our room was small for 2 adults with 4 luggages, but that's our mistake, and we should have looked it up before.

The room was good, and the breakfast was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant.

We really appreciated the kindness of the receptionist on the first night we arrived. We wanted the room to be a little cooler, and she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for us. We forgot to ask her name, and sadly we didn’t see her again after that night.The hotel itself is chic, artsy, and beautifully designed. The view from the hotel rooms are stunning, overlooking the river and the Narikala and Mother of Georgia hillside area. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, simple but lovely.Another huge plus is the location. All the main attractions are just a short walk away: the cable car station, Meidan Bazaar, the Bridge of Peace, and so much more.A wonderful stay overall.

Great location, very nice design. Rooms are decent size. My room faced the river and the view was wonderful. The staff very friendly. Breakfast was nice.

Some more variety to the breakfast buffet would be nice. There's not much to do/eat/drink in the vicinity of the hotel - but it's not a long walk/ride to the more lively parts of town.

The air conditioner did not work on the cooler side, we were suffocating from the heat in the room and had to sleep with the window open (curtain closed) and we were still hot

The room was beautiful and unique, and the view from the balcony was amazing! We had a very comfortable stay and the room and bathroom felt spacious. The location was great, with just a short walk to the bridge to cross over into the heart of the old town. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer!

The room was not a large one , but very clean and well equiped.Breakfast was a very good one. Excellent espresso and tasty food.Excellent location of the hotel. A lot of cafeterias and restaurants around. About 500 meter from the metro station. 500-600 meters from the terminal of the Hop-on-hop-of-buses. 700 meters from the Meydan square where all the excursions begin. Staff of the hotel was very helpful and polite.

Fantastic breakfast that included both a buffet and cooked to order items. Riverside rooms offer a beautiful view, especially when the weather was as gorgeous as it was when we stayed there. Room was spotless, elevator was very responsive, and the front desk was virtually always manned. Great location.

Room is a little on the small side but the balcony overlooking the river gave it a larger feel. One small area of peeling wallpaper in the bathroom but that did not bother us at all.

We stayed as a couple for a week at this hotel. The location is great—just a 5-minute walk from Maiden Bazar, although getting to the hotel requires climbing a fairly steep hill, which could be challenging for some guests.The breakfast was tasty, and the hotel staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. While the room looked bigger in the photos than in reality, this wasn't a major issue for us.The room had a bathtub on the balcony, but we rarely used it because the evenings were quite chilly, and the heater on the balcony didn't help much due to the wind.The Wi-Fi worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the rooms were well soundproofed, so we had no issues with noise.Overall, we would recommend this hotel to others, especially if the hill leading to the hotel is not a problem for them. The price was fair for the quality and service.

The breakfast was good, the view from the rooms is stunning: the hotel is built right on the riverbank. The rooms are clean, the stuff is polite and helpful.

Everything was perfect Location cleanliness friendly staff also interior was soo luxurious and so beautiful Bed was one of the best that I have slept onView was amazing on both sides I booked one with city view and was amazed but when I looked the other way from terrace on last floor I was flabbergasted Overall recommend 100%

The room is a little bit small. But it is not that critical.
